Statement of Confidentiality

1.1 All employees of Influenter A/S, CVR no. 34626855 (hereafter “Influenter”) have signed a confidentiality agreement regarding our clients’ cases and related matters.
1.2 All information we receive from our clients in connection with an assignment is subject to confidentiality, and we therefore treat such information with the utmost discretion.

1.3 Confidentiality means, among other things, that employees must not in any way disclose information concerning the client, the assignment, or the execution of the assignment to unauthorized parties.

1.4 The signatory company, Influenter, hereby declares under oath that all Influenter employees understand and commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding information about Influenter’s clients, their assignments, and similar matters acquired through their employment with Influenter.
